I have been waiting over a month for my final report to be uploaded it will be two months come march 12. i am getting no resolve from the company they cant seem to get the reports to their customers and all they do is apologize but no time on when the report will come in. also they say they will do follow up calls but never do i have to keep calling for the same thing and no answers from the company as to how to get my report.

Easy time with the pre-retrofit assessment. Auditor was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been waiting for the final report to be uploaded in the portal for a month and I am getting dubious answers from the company.

Their proactive communication on delays definitely needs to be improved

As I work in the service industry, and have done for many years, I am all too aware that people are often further inclined to leave negative reviews rather than positive. As such, I make it a point to reward excellence when I cross it. I am referring to the service, explanations, and kindness I received from Deborah at the Perth Ontario location (forgive me as there are a number of spellings for this name and I'm not sure which yours might be).
