Got there right before closing, the manager and staff were in a great mood and great to deal with seems like a great store and I definitely go back there again.

Excellent customer service today. I called to inquire the status of a exercise bike that showed one in stock online (didn’t want to drive over an hour and it not be there!)

Josie was polite and friendly, she called me back in a matter of minutes to inform me that she had found the bike and she will have it ready for pick up when I arrive. No problems with the order when we were in the store and two friendly gentlemen were waiting with the item when we drove around to load it up!

All in all a very pleasant experience made by Josie and the staff :) Many Thanks!

- we were kept up to date on progress of assembly of BBQ
- pickup went smoothly with enough people to help load BBQ on trailer
This is not the service that we have received at our larger store in our city. We will definitely look to doing more business at your store.
