Update.
Bought a tent trailer here. Drive from Kingston to Smith's Falls to pick it up AFTER confirming with them everything was ready to go. Licensing and ownership was not done! They did give me a dealer plate to get home but no ownership. They were supposed to get back to me but I had to chase them for three weeks. Had to drive back to Smith's Falls to get ownership and plate. Not a great start....
