Nobility Chiropractic & Wellness - Smiths Falls

It was my first time seeing a Chiropractor, Dr. Bryan made the experience a lovely one, he is respectful, funny CARING and knows what he is doing. I definitely would go back if I ever need to, if you need a chiropractor, he is the man for you.

Very thorough assessment, and he knew exactly how to alleviate my pain followed by an explanation of how to keep it away.
He has impressive knowledge and showed care and concern to my well being.

Dr. B. Pankow is by far the best chiropractor I've ever met. Not only does he assess you properly, he is sincere. I have been frequenting chiropractic therapy for over 20yrs, I have scoliosis, a history of subluxation and a file cabinet full of extreme sport injuries. We all must find the right fit in therapy, and Nobility chiropractic is the only place I now encourage. I'm also a truck driver/car hauler, and I implore my fellow industry friends to seek him after a long hard week at work! 5 stars

Dr. Bryan is the best! He really takes the time to figure out where the source of your pain is, what's causing it, and suggests things you can do on your own to manage your pain on a day-to-day basis. He looks at your body as a whole as opposed to just the areas that are painful. Really great guy who cares about every single patient he sees. 10/10 highly recommend!

In the program I was in I had received rhabdo due to some very intense activity's i had failing mobility in my legs due to pretty severe muscle contractions. When he was able to sit me down and go over more technicality's about my situation I was able to understand and comprehend all the info he had given me. He delivers the information in layman‘s terms, and if you want to ask any information about whatever you need, he had no problem giving the answers! In my book that shows true honesty.
