They did a good job when they were here, but sometimes it was like pulling teeth. We were told it would be 6 weeks from start to finish. Damage occurred end of July and still dealing with them. Going to be 12 weeks before it’s all done (hopefully)! Keep on them to ensure things get done!

We had a small flood but one that had spread between floors. Phoenix was excellent.
They responded really quickly and were able to identify the water's location and movements. They were reassuring in being able to explain what steps needed to be taken and why, the order of the work and presented a realistic time frame for repairs. They prioritized drying the areas out thoroughly.
Phoenix brought in specialists to deal with drywall, tile and cabinetry and these people were highly skilled and attentive to every detail. They worked with us to make sure we were pleased with the plans and results and responded really quickly to any concern we had.
I would certainly recommend Phoenix for Disaster Response.
