(April 28, 2017, 12:00 am)I went in for the first time today. I was told to not buy anything just yet. They talked me through the process of opening my pool, even drew a picture. I will go back to test my water, and they will help me figure out what I need. I am new to owning a pool. I felt completely comfortable, and never once felt stupid for not knowing what any parts were called. THANK YOU.
