Service is fairly good, though the cashiers really give off the vibe that they are there for the pay cheque only. Pretty good selection of products though aisles are narrow and shelves are full to the top. Claustrophobes beware.

Located in Smiths Falls, servg Rideau Lakes; our project was to repaint our white garden bridge which we scraped n sanded off old paint ... Our contractor suggested buy exterior paint w primer which is more costly than the house brand, however HHardwr paint g rep suggstd it wldnt be necessary n we cld just buy regular 2 gls $27 ea but it did not take well n soaked into the wood leavg an uncompleted finish so we had to go to Sherwin Williams n buy 2 more gls of paint w primer ... We learnd a bit more on exterior paints n finishes

Good selection, prices vary on the product. Keys, drywall & plumbing are usually cheaper than others in town. Staff however...most of them are not that helpful. Only a handful really know they're stuff. But they've improved from a few years ago so. Areoplan miles are collected here.

Great store with well stocked inventory and a well rounded hand of staff who know their stuff. Reasonable prices and overall great service. 5 stars.

This was one of the best home hardware ever. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very impressed!
