(November 11, 2022, 9:56 pm)Changed from WTC to bell last week and I'm missing WTC already! (I changed because of PBS inconsistent programming). When bell left they didn't think to ask me if I had any other devices that would need updating. Later, I learned that my printer was not working as well as a streaming music device. I phoned bell for assistance and they couldn't be bothered. WTC on the other hand, went the extra mile to get both devices up and running. Thank you WTC, especially James who got it fixed in mins. I had 4 happy years with WTC and I look forward to coming back.

Installers (James) were amazing...friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and I had lots. You could not get better customer service. From my first call to the company to the installation I received great service. Happy customer.
