Thank you James and Matt for working hard to get me hooked up with Fibre once again. Great work!

Changed from WTC to bell last week and I'm missing WTC already! (I changed because of PBS inconsistent programming). When bell left they didn't think to ask me if I had any other devices that would need updating. Later, I learned that my printer was not working as well as a streaming music device. I phoned bell for assistance and they couldn't be bothered. WTC on the other hand, went the extra mile to get both devices up and running. Thank you WTC, especially James who got it fixed in mins. I had 4 happy years with WTC and I look forward to coming back.

Dave and James did a great job we’re in and out and even helped install Ethernet to my computer. Wish I could give more then 5 stars

Bill installed our previous (generation) wireless configuration more than 10 years ago and he was working on a neighbours new setup today so we had a moment to catch up. Great service and people make WTC an excellent local provider. Recommended!

Just had WTC internet and TV installed today. Cannot say enough good things about my experience. Installers (James) were amazing...friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and I had lots. You could not get better customer service. From my first call to the company to the installation I received great service. Happy customer.
