They help find solutions for medical problems of course, and they'll be honest about testing/vaccines/treatments etc that dont need to be done, vs which ones are absolutely necessary. They offer tips and tricks for picky eaters, behavioural issues, ways to play, and general advice for both the pets' and humans' health and happiness together.
