Well...I just seen Jayne Marsh's wonderful 1 star review?? Well Jane, I did some checking and never received an email from you, I know I never talked to you and as far as real estate never, ever heard from you regarding a home in the area. I see that you are all over North America dropping your reviews so you probably would not have settled for this wonderful town on the St. Lawrence river anyway.
