Chartwell Rosedale Retirement Residence

I am so impressed with the level of care and compassion shown by all the staff at Rosedale. I visited regularly with my Mother in law Barbara Howard and have attended many festivities and dinners as well. Barbara enjoys all the wonderful activities and outings that Elizabeth plans. I'm so happy that everyone from the manager Krystal to the kitchen staff and psws go above and beyond always..and their conscientiousness and tender care has been even more important during this challenging time of covid. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your amazing care Rosedale staff!!!

My Mom has been at Rosedale over 7 years. I have found, from day one, that the staff there not only care about their residents but many go above and beyond. During these rough times I feel eased that my Mom is in such a good place.

The staff ar Rosedale Brockville have gone above and beyond every day to keep the residents safe and provide activity safely and securely for each and everyone. We cannot be more thankful and are filled with gratitude for their continuing effort.

Rosedale has been fabulous in helping in the transition of a family member to their retirement home. A tour of their facilities showed us that this single story residence was spacious and bright in the common areas, and the individual rooms were very good, clean and well maintained. Ralph McKenny (retirement living consultant) was a pleasure work with and very knowledgeable. He was kind,willing to listen, and exerted no pressure.
Upon moving into Rosedale, the whole staff has been excellent. Our relative is free to participate in as few or as many of the programs they offer. The atmosphere is one of helping, caring, and looking out for the best of the residents.
