Awesome customer service. Have been customer for years but had an item i needed to exchange. Katie helped me easily return it and special ordered the correct item i wanted originally. she has been in constant contact with me through this whole process. received the order today and am thrilled. if every business had a customer service team full of katies the world would be a better place :D

Betty was outstanding in her service to me. I was returning a food processor which was not working for me. I came home with another food processor that is superb. I was given excellent customer care.
