We definitely recommend the team at TRS Heating & Cooling. We had a no heat issue and our local heating/cooling company refused to come and help. Even though we live outside TRS's normal area they had a tech here on a Friday afternoon. The problem was diagnosed quickly and replacement parts ordered.

Recently purchased my home and had some concerns with the quality of the boiler installation from another company. TRS inspected and found MANY problems with the install. Even though it's not the news I wanted to hear I am so grateful for how thorough Jordan was, the time he took to explain how the system works and what it should look like. I have a lot of work to do now but I wouldn't have trusted any other company to ensure the safety and efficacy of my heating system. Just call TRS, don't waste your time on anyone else!
I have had a technician name Thomas here for the last 2 days working on my Central Air installation. Thomas was amazing to have around. Very knowledgeable, professional, tidy and COVID-19 prepared. I'm currently enjoying a nice cool climate thanks to his hard work. I'm signing up for TRS Heating & Cooling ClimateCare's monthly service plan based on my interactions with him. My original service company was unable to help me in a timely manner during an outage in the summer. TRS showed up within 24 hrs and fixed the problem. The following year I had a problem from the original installation by another company. The owner of TRS showed up, gave me some helpful tips and cleaned out the unit free of charge and the unit worked good.
Excellent customer service, timely response to calls, and easy monthly payment plan for annual servicing of equipment.
