I bought an old church through Gerry Hudson a couple of months ago. Most agents can't be bothered spending their time on such low-priced properties, in my experience, but Gerry put in as much time and energy on the sale as if it was a million dollar property. I met him around 3pm and he took me to 3 churches for sale that day, never rushing me. We didn't finish writing up my offer until midnight! He gave me good advice on writing my offer and explained everything on the many forms patiently. I wish I'd taken a video of him ringing the church bell that day! Gerry is ethical and he goes the extra mile. He's called me a few times since to see how things are going, so I'd say he really cares about his clients, and not just about money like some agents.
