Ivy Lea Campground

Was a good place to camp, some sites are smaller than others. We were limited because of covid. The volleyball net is right by the septic tank so it's a constant unpleasant smell. Also a down part was the usa bridge was right above us so we could hear the trucks all day and night. Water is great

This is a pretty good campground. We paid about 50 dollars for the night. Good space for my tent. Had a bonfire pit and a little 4 person table. The beach was about 3-4 minutes from our tent. The water’s pretty good for swimming and canoeing. Loved our stay here.

Some spots have great river front views, staff is amicable. Many of the tent camping spots are uneven/rocky/small. Good security at the gate with RFID tags to open gate
Camping is using the "not move wood around from region to region" rule to sell small quantities of overpriced wood from... Another region
All sites get noise from vehicle circulation generated on the US Canada bridge under which the camping is built.
Now that due to covid, only Central washrooms are open. Portables have been removed.
Overall a good camping for its river views and water activities

It Was just okay grounds. We were tent camping so in the no service zone. 10-15 walk to get to bathrooms and water including a hill.
Close to highway so very noisy but at least we were not under the bridge with huge noise all day long.
Site was nice, private and enough flat grounds for everything.
Beach is small and over crowded
Parc for kids is great
Water is full of see weeds
Washrooms are old and while clean, just needs to be upgraded. Like the tap is so close there is water everywhere.
We were told we cannot bring our own wood. When we got there they were out and we were told to get our own wood. Make up your mind
They also charge extra cars which is not uncommon but we specifically asked and they told us 2 cars is fine. They still charge me for second car.
Grounds are clean, staff is friendly

Overall I wouldn’t come back but I didn’t hate it either
