But what my wife and I particularly appreciated was the readiness of the installers to fix a couple of minor issues promptly the next day. In fact, one of the issues, we learned, was unrelated to the installation. They fixed it anyway, and in the process, saved us some money. Really excellent – and very rare – customer care.

The installer just left (didn’t catch his name) but was just as polite and friendly.

We had an issue with installation of a new range and although they were fully booked that day, Maddie put us in touch with Michael who was extremely helpful in answering our questions. In the end we were able to install the range ourselves, but we will definitely be booking with MD Appliance for any future installs. Their team was professional, friendly and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!!
