Staff is polite, friendly and funny on top of being professional and really know what customer service means. Dr Holmes knows his stuff and is very thorough and kind. Highly recommend! We will be bringing the whole family here!

I got my first pair of glasses from Doctor Holmes almost 10 years ago and I still go today. You couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff or a more helpful bunch. My husband gets his glasses and safety glasses from them as well. When I got married 3 years ago a week before my wedding I decided I wanted contacts. The staff made that possible even having me come in without an appointment to show me how to use them. They even fixed my grandmas glasses after she had taken a fall even though she wasn’t one of their patients!! That’s how much the staff cares. Dr Holmes is a excellent optometrist he always seems genuinely interested in his patents lives and always has a story to share of his own. He takes his time and never rushes threw appointments and will spend the time to answer your questions. The wait time feels like no time at all because the ladies at reception make you feel right at home. If you are looking for an optometrist don’t look any farther than Dr Holmes in Prescott!!

Usually get seen fairly quickly. Doctor is fast, but pretty thorough. I'd recommend going there if asked. Receptionists are polite and try to get you in asap.
