Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel

The rooms were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of the area. Pool was very refreshing. Great place to stay.

The staff was exceptional. Linda at the front desk went above and beyond and Mona from the kitchen was amazing. We had a group of family and ourselves stay at the hotel for our wedding. They made booking simple, the rooms were clean and reasonably priced, breakfast was delicious, the pool was wonderful and the location is perfect! Thank you again.

Lives up to the Best Western name: facility is spotless, staff is great, dining area is nice. Pool is outside, kids loved it. Great place to stay in Smith's Falls. Definitely recommend.

I don't get the lighting choice for hotel bathrooms though.... I neither need or want to see every spot, line, and blemish on my middle-aged, post party, face. No one needs that sort of harsh lighting truth staring back at them at 6am!

Really great experience. Really nice, clean room. My family loved the pool it was great to be in the sun! Really nice breakfast included! Lots of options for food in walking distance. Awesome hotel.

Excellent experience! Amit and crew were on point, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a proper breakfast and in abundance! The pool facilities were clean! I highly recommend staying here if you heading to Smiths Falls or even within 30 min of here!
