I work in retail and I have yet to experience the kind of customer service that I received from the moment I walked into the door. I would give them 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could. Thank you for showing me what customer service looks like. I hope I can model it in my own store.

The staff at the store are fabulous. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They always seem to have what I require to renovate or repair our family cottage. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending products and different methods for repairs and renovations. They are also have list of qualified contractors for projects that are larger then I care to take on.

Great store, Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good service. Curb side pick up is fast and convenient. Payment machine was cleaned after every customer. Staff was not wearing masks to protect customers and some customers not wearing masks got very close to staff.
