Wooden That Be Nice

Worst experience ever purchasing something. I ordered furniture from Iz Cybulski on March 10th 2023. At this point I still have received all of the pieces to complete my bedroom set nor the custom bar table I ordered. Each week Iz has a new excuse for not having it done. Then he promised to give my money back - which never happened. Now he just doesn't respond. The experience has really being horrible from the beginning. I would 100% NOT recommend this company to anyone. If I could rate less than one star I would.

I ordered a bed frame for my mom and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The entire thing is made from solid wood that was stained to our desired colour. Iz even went as far as customizing the headboard to include these cute storage shelves, which turned out exactly like my reference picture! Iz was absolutely wonderful to work with. He had open communication the entire time, and always responded to my emails promptly. He delivered it and set it up in no time, and even did me a favour of taking away the old bed frame! His craftmanship is enough of a reason to order from him, but he's also a genuinely kind person! Thank you Iz!

Highly quality furniture for a great price. I ordered a bedframe and some side tables and was very pleased with the end result. Iz delivered it on time as promised.

My experience was very good. I worked exclusively with Iz. He responded to all my emails quickly and kept me up to date with progress.

The Wine/Liquor cabinet and hallway cabinet were custom made to the specifications I provided and meet our needs perfectly.

The furniture is rustic in appearance and finish and solidly made. It makes a great contrast to a more modern decor.

I have read the negative reviews, but that was not my experience at all. Yes, it was a couple weeks past the original estimate but it was the holiday season and almost every business has had problems with suppliers for the past year.

Of note, Iz made a trip from St. Catharines to Guelph on Christmas day(!!) because he knew this was a Christmas gift. I don't think you can get better customer service than that.

I won't hesitate to ask them for more custom work in the future.

I ordered an entertainment unit from Wooden That Be Nice last fall. Even though delivery ended up being a few weeks later than they originally promised, it was worth the wait. The unit is gorgeous and beautifully hand crafted. I’m very happy with it. A bonus was the exceptional customer service I received at the time of delivery. The man who delivered my unit was friendly, professional and he took great care transporting the unit from the truck to my condo. He was also a pleasure to chat with. I would say if you’re looking for well crafted, solid wood furniture at a reasonable price, and you’re not tied to a specific delivery date, check them out!
