(July 23, 2020, 2:56 am)Our puppy got sick while we were camping in Bon Echo Provincial Park and we needed a better fast. Despite being packed, they made room for us to bring our little pup in and helped calm our concerns. They were super friendly and treated us like we have been going there all the time. Incredible.

They take the time to answer your questions, (in detail) They really care about the animals, and ALL of the staff are super friendly! Thank you for making us feel at home !!!
(May 28, 2018, 8:05 am)Amazing service and from when I walked in to the moment I left, you can see the passion this veterinary team has for each animal. Treats animals with respect and as if they were their own. Great prices. Only downfall is it's only open two days a week. Very gentle yet thorough on each patient.
