Hay Bay waterfront cottage Sunshine

Stayed there last week during the weekday which was amazing because it was quiet and very peaceful. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Sunshine cottage is pet friendly and has all quality features including the boathouse, bbq and fire pit. We enjoyed seeing swans, geese swim by and other birds including lots of fish and a baby turtle! I’ll definitely be back. It’s not too far from Toronto and the shops are conveniently located 15minutes away including Napanee Falls and a winery

We stayed there last summer. It was awesome. All the water activity equipments were recently purchased so they were brand new. Cottage was clean and cozy. My kids loved the attic. My dogs enjoyed swimming as well. It was a good place to have a relax break.

Sunshine is a beautiful place for families and friends gathering, with private water front, quiet neighborhood and stunning lake view. If you love fishing, it is the cottage you want to stay for weeks. if you admire sunrise, it is perfect to go for. We had wonderful time there, and looking forwards to going back in the August. Most importantly, the host is kind and thoughtful, she responded every question within an hour.
