My two children (6 & 2), myself & hubby got caught in a tornado in Belleville, we were trapped as the winds were too high to cross a street & took me (190lb) off my feet & took my daughters stroller off the ground. a driver named penny got us safely into her bus & as we walked away the tree we were standing under snapped! This women is a hero who saved us and 4 others trapped in the tornado!

She was also amazing with the children on the bus even though she herself was terrified! Penny is an amazing women and I can’t thank her enough for saving my family.

Absolutely love our driver. My son is slow to get ready to get off the bus, rather than be upset by this his driver let him take his time. Then he started to remind my son several stops before to start getting ready. So he’d be ready to go. Everyone I have spoke with over the phone or through email have always been helpful. When we moved in September I didn’t know where we were going to be and the moment I did they worked as fast as they could to get us on a bus. Luckily they did without interruption.
