Upper Canada fuel and burner

Boxing day we had no hot water! Called upper Canada fuel and burner and they were able to visit Monday to see what would correct the problem. Unfortunately the part was not available and as they were on holidays, limited as to what they could do. First thing Wednesday morning when they were back to work they called me and told me they had a new water heater on order for me and would call as soon as it arrived and would be right out within 90 minutes to install. Absolutely true to their word! I was so impressed with their response time. I'm home Thursday evening, having a hot shower! Amazing customer service from everyone during this experience, but an exceptional shout out to John who was on call that day and responded very quickly. . Most impressed with the service! Five stars. I would give you 10 if I could! We truly appreciate your professionalism and assistance during our time of need.

I have never had a problem with this company, they’re very patient with me when I need them to be, they’re always great with delivery and always friendly, very easy going people. I ran out of propane at 12:30am and they rushed to deliver propane at 2 in the morning. Very reliable company.
