The most enjoyable part of my job is the work that I do, I feel like I am a part of a team and I contribute to the overall goal of producing quality coils. Some days it can be stressful and frustrating, but every job has that, you just have to work through it. They have benefits, pension plan, company BBQ's, raffles and prize give-a-ways. I gave it a 4 star, because there is always room for improvement.
