Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It was busy inside and the drive thru. It look about 5m of me standing at the front to even get spoken to before someone took my order. Waited about 25m for my order while the drive thru was flying out… even people that ordered after me got their food first. I never got utensil or napkins, I had to drive back to ask for some as their dine in area closed at 9pm. I’ve never had to wait that long for my food, if I knew that drive thru had a priority I should have ordered by there. They compensated by giving extra sides and apologized for the wait. I didn’t mind the wait that much, once I got my food I said thank you so, you guys have a great night with a smile as I see everyone was working hard but I never got an acknowledgment back which I felt was kinda rude after..

First time trying Popeyes and unreal food but also last time I go to this Popeyes location because the service was not ideal
