The best experience in customer service I have had. Steve my customer care agent, I call him by that title, because the term sales rep is beneath him. He spent months with me going through all the details that best suited me and my business. There was no pressure no misinformation, everything about the project was put up front. Venture food truck discloses everything, nothing is hidden. Steve was very professional with just enough of a personable attitude, the perfect balance. He was impeccable when it came to keeping an open communication with me. As a team Venture Food Trucks are matched by none. I got to meet some of the staff, and I have to say, these guys are artists in their own rights. When I picked up the truck from their shop to drive back to Newfoundland, I could not believe the amounts of compliments from people after they had seen the inside of the truck. I can't express enough how wonderful it was to deal with Venture Food Truck family. Thank you so much all of you. I recommend anyone who has pride in the projects to use Venture Food Trucks because pride is what you will feel after doing business with them.

Ordered the food trailer at the onset of the Pandemic. So I had no idea what was going to happen. Process was a little longer than normal times...but totally worth it. It is beautiful!! The craftmanship and attention to detail of the trailer and equipment finishing blew me away. It is everything I requested to the max. I don't think I could be more excited. Steve and Niki were there for every request with information and assistance. These guys are pros...and just super great people.

We are starting a coffee truck business, and we are so glad that we worked with Venture Food Trucks to get our sprinter renovated and upgraded.

We got some great initial advise from Will, and worked with Niki during the build process. She is so resourceful, kind and supportive. We enjoyed the "turn-key" built Niki provided, while she respected our opinion and always make sure to get our input on important factors. It started with her sourcing our sprinter, and she and her team worked through everything interior and exterior. We picked up our completed truck on our second visit, with all documentation prepared and safety inspection completed and ready to drive it home. We were also grateful for Niki's promptness in responding emails and calls when we needed her advise. We live in Toronto, but visiting Venture Food Truck in Napanee is definitely worth the drive.
