Gordon's Park

It was a good camping spot but their was not a lot to do except get bit by mosquitos. we signed up for a night sky tour but we couldn't focus on what the Instructor was telling us because of the absolute swarm of mosquitos.

We had a great time at Gordon's Park. It's a very nice campground with spacious campsites and clean facilities. Staff was very nice and accommodating. It's very close to Ferry terminal and for ferry there is a discount for Gordon's Park. Dark Forest campground gives amazing view for stargazing. I would highly recommend.

Great campground, we stayed in the dark skies section which was amazing. They have a telescope you can use to see the stars and gave a great sit down lesson and walkthrough. They didn’t book the reservations we made so we had to move to a different site, and it ended up being more expensive but it worked out at least. My only complaint is how rocky and uneven the campsites were and the overflowing garbage on the grounds.

The campgrounds is nice... with its semi private to private campsites.. and some nice hiking / walking trails. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the firewood I found it was overpriced for kinlin. Besides the wood the campground is very nice staff is very friendly and helpful!
