(June 9, 2017, 4:42 am)Misty has created a welcoming, tranquil space ! The studio is designed with intention , and all props and supplies are there for you. Misty is great at explaining the importance of certain poses and benefits to your mind and body, as she gently assists with poses and movements during practice. I attended a spring retreat at Vikara Yoga and it was pure bliss all day long. Can't wait for the next one! Situated in the country surrounded by nature, This studio is a must see if you need some peace and quiet in your life!
(March 14, 2017, 2:20 pm)Vikara Yoga is set in a such a beautiful location that instantly puts you in a place of peace and ready to rest and relax. Misty is an excellent yoga teacher she will take you on a journey for those 60 minutes of mindfulness, serenity and self-acceptance all while challenging your body. Highly recommend!!
