(March 5, 2019, 12:18 pm)Chad from Lubrico was great to work with. He outlined the steps that I needed to take in order to get my vehicle’s transmission repaired. I bought the $1600 warranty package in Dec. 2017, and Lubrico covered $3000 worth of parts and labour, less a $150 deductible.
One thing that bears repeating with this warranty is that you always need to be sure that you are on top of reporting your oil changes. Oil changes need to be done every 6 months or 10,000km in order to keep your warranty coverage in good standing.
Overall I am happy with my warranty coverage and glad that my vehicle is in good working order again.

Following a failure of my car I had to contact my Lubrico Warranty for the repair.
Mark, the claims officer recommended me a professional mechanic. I am EXTREMELY satisfied and grateful for the service I received. I am impressed with how well everything went cause my car broke down on December 24th .... it was not easy as a situation. Thanks to Mark from Lubrico. Thank you so much for your service, your help and your dedication to your customers.
(November 6, 2018, 12:51 pm)The work is not complete on our vehicle yet, however I’m writing this review because of the excellent service I have recieved thus far. Mark Morrison, a fairly new employee of yours, treated me with such kindness and respect that I was blown away. I really felt he wanted to help me repair our family vehicle. Most times, warranty companies try to get out of footing the bill, but dealing with Mark and Lubrico I felt supported. Would definitely recommend Lubrico warranty to anyone.
