Spencer Ball & Luke Bettencourt installed our new furnace last week; this involved changing the type of furnace we had to a conventional Carrier gas furnace. Even though it took longer than expected, they said they wouldn't leave until the problem was solved. After they solved the issue & left, they did an excellent clean-up job. Put us down as satisfied customers :)

From the moment we called, everyone at Peter Inch were so helpful, professional and efficient. They answered the phone late night, scheduled an appointment right away, showed up on time. Rob was professional, explained everything in a way that was easily understood and ensured we had heat while sourcing parts for a repair. Repair was scheduled immediately and communication excellent. Cannot say enough about how happy we are with services received!!!

After our furnace stopped working, and at the recommendation of a co-worker, we called Peter Inch & Associates in to take a look at our system. They diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and provided a timeline and cost for repair. Based on the age of our furnace, they also mentioned the possibility of upgrading.
We had someone come out that night, after hours, and take a look at our system. They put together three quotes for us, along with a recommendation to add in a return air vent in our basement. Stephen was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, along with providing us his thoughts and advice about the situation. There was no pressure, and I appreciated Stephen's professionalism throughout the process.
We decided to move forward with the furnace install and were told it would be guaranteed in by the end of the week, although they would 'see what they could do to move it up'. The next morning, barely 16 hours later, we had a call that their techs could come out that day.
Brandon, Brandon, and Josh were out by noon. They took away our old furnace, installed the new one, added in a new return air vent, cleaned up the piping and electrical, and had the new system up and running within 5 hours. The furnace itself is excellent, but the service and support received from Peter Inch & Associates is even better.
We are very happy with our new furnace, and want to sincerely thank Peter Inch & Associates for their support and getting us set up with a new furnace during the coldest week in years!

Furnace installation looks and works great, work area & materials totally cleaned up and we received very easy to understand instructions on the use of it (including WiFi thermostat). Overall a fantastic experience and installed just in time for the -20c temperature we experienced outside that night ... toasty warm inside!
Quick, professional service. My touchscreen thermostat was not connecting. Josh found the problem super quick (was too close to other metal structures) and he had it running in no time. Fair price. I would have never found this fix. Thanks!!
