Wow! Talk about customer service!! SUPERB! I only give reviews when I feel a company deserves them (good or bad). And boy, was I pleased with Startech's customer/technical support service.... I bought one of their products and had an issue with it after a while. I called them up and the time they spent with me over the phone and online to help me with the issue I was having was incredible. The patience they had with me was much appreciated too. We had to do several calls but it all ultimately worked out and I have to say that StarchTech Canada stood up by their product. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Thank you Stephan and Justin for all their help. They have amazing products and I definitely recommend them. Would buy again 100%.

Great company and AMAZING customer service! Had a problem with a cable i purchased from Amazon by this company and when i ran into a problem with it and contacted them, they immediately solved my issue and replaced it.
But what made them stand out for me was that the customer service is wonderfully polite and patient. Also there are real humans you connect with very quickly.
