I have been dealing with auto focus for 2 years now and have had zero issues. If I had car issues Randy has offered multiple options to help us continue to drive. Yesterday I bought another vehicle through auto focus, Randy went above and beyond to make sure I was driving it this weekend.

I called in to request a deferral for my payment and was helped with honesty, courtesy, politeness and professionalism. I had called a few weeks back but due to timing the customer service rep was unable to assist me with my request. They did however, provide me with knowledge to be able to try again at the appropriate time. Great experience. I have been a customer for over a year now and am just wowed by the courtesy and integrity this team seems to emanate. Thank you!

Auto Focus has been very quick and amazing to work with. The staff are always friendly and being a private lender... Very personal! They may be growing into a larger lender.. but they sure still care about the little people who have helped them along the way. Keep up the great personal service!!!
