Canadian Tire

I like Canadian Stores generally; but this store usually doesn't have knowledgable staff available and willing to help. Their garden centre is well stocked and NOBODY there to help customers. I'm sure they could quadruple the garden centre sales (and customer satisfaction) with a little effort. I suspect that it is a management issue.

Items are usually in stock. The one time I had a service issue the GM came out without me even asking and made everything right. Excellent service and a great store. We also love that they're pet friendly.

This particular visit to this east end store was excellent. We were aided by a manager to each item we needed to purchase. All items we wanted were in stock almost $500., worth of merchandise. We did really well with the sale prices and things that were not on sale were offered to us with a discount, which we gratefully excepted. Maintaining our nonprofit community based outlet will run smoother with all the products, tools and equipment we purchased. Thank you sir for making our shopping experience pleasant and profitable. We will be returning to that store without doubt, I so appreciated your advice and friendly professional help.

I love this place. A good variety of products in a well laid out and clean store that does not look like a warehouse. The sales are always good and you can't beat the Triangle Rewards program for deals that are diverse and better than most other stores. I have gotten enough points to get free products and it didn't take me forever to collect like on other points cards. Hey, the best thing is that it is a Canadian store, so another benefit is that I am also supporting a Canadian company.
