Mike and his crew were amazing to work with. Our house had parging on 3 of the 4 exterior walls that was in desperate need of repair, as well there was very little insulation. Upon receiving quotes from different companies, Cooper’s Custom Exteriors was the one we decided to go with. Mike was very professional suggesting options that would work best with our situation, cost was comparable with other companies plus we were also supporting a local business.
We were not disappointed with our decision. Mike was on site every morning to clarify was to be done for the day with Luke the supervisor and the rest of the crew. At the end of the each day a follow up was done with us & the crew, so we knew what was happening and the plan for the next day. Their workmanship, work ethic, attention to detail, communication with us and Mike was something you don’t see too much of these days.
We are so pleased with the results, everything looks even better than we envisioned. It doesn’t even look like the same house and we can already feel the difference with the insulation.

Cooper's recently insulated and re-sided our 170 year old farm house. We were very impressed with the crew. They worked efficiently and paid attention to the smallest detail. Never felt like we had to "supervise" them to make sure they were doing the job right. We highly recommend this company.

Mike and his team were fantastic to work with. He spent the time helping us with design features and advised us on products to improve the insulation of our home. The project we hired him for was to reside our entire home, replace the eve's trough, downspouts, facia, soffit, all trim work, and to modernize the lighting. The install crew has a key eye for details, which make all the difference in siding. If something didn’t look right, they would pull it off and start over with a fresh piece instead of trying to make it work.
I have already recommended Mike to friends looking to renovate the exterior of their home.
