Bought Dave an Epiphone Les Paul I had bought used and was concerned it had seen a lot more playing than was advertised. Dave assured me that there were many good years ahead for my new guitar and that it just needed some routine maintenance. His "routine maintenance" was well beyond my knowledge and tools collection.

Better than a competitor who is closer, and wanted an exhorbitant amount for work I didn't want done, as my *ONLY* option?!?? His "reputation" and "principles" were on the line, but I don't mess around anyway, so I won't name names. 🙄

Anyway, Frett Buzz, on the other hand, does what you want, and a quote for a bigger job as an option would have been less than half the cost of the competitor. 🤣

I can only say great things! Don't skip-out on Frett Buzz, even if it is not the closest place: It is hands-down the best customer treatment, and about half the cost of the standard rate out there for a full fret leveling. Compare for yourself! ☺️

Dave is a great guy and an even better luthier. I've played professionally for over 40 years and was so happy to find someone in London of Dave's caliber. He just transformed my tele-gib into a monster guitar - they way I always envisioned it.

This guy made my day. He was quick and very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps he took. He fixed my soldering mistakes and my guitar now plays a whole lot better then when I dropped it off. I'm already looking to upgrade some more and I'll be calling Dave for sure.
