Friendly staff and great to work with so far. They let us into the showroom even though they weren't really open to the public but we had our masks and they had hand sanitizer in the showroom so they allowed us to take some pictures so we could contact a sales agent to talk about what our needs were. The agent came into our home using all of the protocols that are required at this time like masks and physical distancing etc. and he followed up and in the timeframe he said he would. The only reason for the 4 star is because we actually haven't had the work done yet but that will come at a later date, hopefully.
