We booked a limo through Tom for a staff event and were very pleased with the service we received. The communication was great and I even received a phone call from our limo driver the day before confirming pickup times and locations along with confirmation that we had already paid (which I had through e-transfer). Christopher, our driver, was kind and courteous and acted in a very professional manner. He was prompt and his driving superb despite having to navigate Toronto city traffic. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received. Thank you to all.

Our experience with Tom and everyone at Ontario luxury limousine was nothing but fantastic! Booking through Tom was so easy to do and he was very helpful finding a bus that was perfect for us. We used this for a bachelorette and our driver, Amanda was amazing! She was so kind and Knowledgeable about the area we were going to. They were both great with communication and answered any questions we had. Our bus was so clean and big we had lots of room for all 27 of us. Highly recommended for everyone!
