(May 10, 2018, 1:09 pm)Talisman has residents who have lived there for 20+ years. The Co-ordinator has been there about the same amount of time, she is professional and well respected. That speaks volumes about the kind place it is to live. It is a community, it is a co-op.
It’s very simple, although they offer subsidy it’s not a free place to live. If you don’t pay your rent, or adhere to the bylaws that you agree to at the time of moving in, then the proper protocols will be followed as in any other rental settings.
Maintenance is addressed in timely fashion. They have a full time maintenance person who is friendly and efficient.
