Toys"R"Us

I mean it's just Toys "R" Us but the thing is almost every time I come here an employee stalks me around. I mean I don't look that sketchy I hope but it makes me feel uncomfortable being here, like I'm not supposed to be in here. Listen you can't stock items for all ages and then treat customers like weirdos just because they're not kids or in a group with family. It's just plain disrespectful and makes me not want to go into your store.

Always have a deal on something for the kids

Had an off experience at a different Toys R Us so the women at this location went above and beyond to make sure I was properly looked after. I wish I got her name because her service skills were amazing ❤

Lovely store! Very easy to shop. Clean! Organized! Very helpful staff. Although slightly scarce staff. The scarcity could have been time of day 6pm on a Thursday evening, not likely hightime, but still managed to find someone easily enough. Sadly, they only received 2 units of the item I was looking to purchase that were in the flyer, and they were (not surprisingly) sold out already. However, the staff did offer to have it ordered in at the sale price, no shipping. Very accommodating. Great experience!
