I had a ring lose a gem! I came to signature jeweller to fix it and they were very informative and patient with me through the process of me telling them what I wanted. They were very informative and offered me advice as to how it should be fixed. They were very timely with their responses on the internet and when I went in for the estimate they explained the cost to me in great detail. It was a was a short wait for my ring to get back to me and they would call as soon as they had any updates. I had a lovely experience as a customer. My ring turned out better than before and even polished.

I brought my ring in to be resized - they were very friendly and I picked it up a day earlier than I was told it would be ready. They did a flawless job on the resizing of it and buffed it out. I would definitely go here again for any of my jewellery needs ??
