  Good quality products, lots of variety. If they don't have it on the floor they will help you find what you need online. Great customer service and decent prices.

  My family and I recently purchased through Ashley HomeStore London and it was an amazing shopping experience! Shelly and Jason went above and beyond to see that our vision came to life. We literally got the full customer service experience through their understanding of our needs and in keeping our budget in mind. Shelly made us feel so comfortable, which provided my husband and I the opportunity to view the entire store and browse through the Ashley catalog. Even our children enjoyed the experience, the customer Wifi and complimentary hot chocolate really made their day!
  
  Shelly demonstrated a level of patience which is not common within retail shopping. Even though I felt at times that I was indecisive or taking an obscene amount of time to choose items, Shelly kept reassuring me that there was no rush and she truly wanted to see that we were happy and confident with our choices. Jason, the sales manager, really did his best in seeing to it that we received the best prices. Jason also checked in on us to ensure we were doing well and you could feel the care he gives his customers.
  
  We could not be happier with our decision to choose Ashley HomeStore!

  By far 5 Star and If I could rate more I would, for their friendly staff and an amazing customer service experience, my wife and I were shopping at different furniture stores and we ended up landing at Ashely’s and I am glad now that we did. We were very happy with the quality of their Sofa's but most importantly it was their customer service that made our day. Thank you Leo for all your help, this location will defiantly be our go to spot for all our furniture needs. You guys gained another returning customers.

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Ashley today . We were greeted by William who was very knowledgeable never pushy and let us look and when we were ready he was there to help. William even went out of his way to move other pieces to see if it worked for us now that's service!! I wish other places would learn this practice! Thank you.
