I was shopping off of a baby registry today and I was having a bit of troubles finding things, but a girl with ginger hair and glasses (her name started with a K) came to my help today and was she amazing! She was very kind and helped me find a great gift off of the registry. Staff was very nice, but I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I had bought my kids bicycle from ToysRus mississauga. Just 3 days back I had some issues with the front tire. I went to Wonderland South, London store and I was help by Mr. Bryan M ? This was my first time visiting your store cos of the service I had received from Bryan M I don't think I will go in any other location for shopping for my kids. Thanks Bryan M for such a great service experience. I request management to do something for this great employee! My kids are again enjoying riding there bicycle - Thanks to Bryan M! ???

Ordered some puzzles and games online for the kids. Did the pickup option. We arrived at 4:07. Didn't realize the new closing time was 4:00. An amazing staff member offered to get our order, even though we offered to come back. The store member insisted. My wife didn't get her name, but it would be easy for the manager to figure out which employee went above and beyond. Will continue driving across the city to shop at this store. Well done indeed.
