(October 16, 2019, 5:00 pm)Overall I find the service good with the tellers but my personal banker is not returning my calls when needed as the call center is unable to help me which i under stand but when it comes to branch level, the voicemail says will return your call by end of day and days past and no call back. This is VERY bad customer service, Im considering returning all my accounts back to RBC.
