Very helpful staff despite being busy. I was in and out very quickly. Selection in their gardening centre could be more varied and better quality.

I am including this edit and upgrading my rating, because Justin gave me a call last week offering a full refund for the trouble. The customer service staff were also great when I came in.

Took my car in this week for an oil change and to have my winter tires switched back to my all seasons. Paid, went home, and looked closely to notice that they did neither but still charged me $170 - for doing absolutely nothing (except maybe moving my car to another location in the parking lot so it looked like it had been worked on?). Went back the next day, spoke with a sympathetic customer service rep who said they'd get it in right away. Two hours later, he was gone and my car was still being worked on. Was treated rudely by someone else when I asked how long the wait would be. I pushed to have a small discount for the inconvenience, but they should have refunded more because I could have happily brought my car elsewhere. Will never go back and would not recommend to anyone.

I have upgraded my review to a 4 star. Canadian Tire realized their error, called to apologize first thing the Monday after and offered me a free oil change for my trouble. Mistakes happen. Thank you for making things right.

I booked an appointment with auto services for April 19 at 8am. Knowing it was a holiday (good friday) I asked if they were sure they were open. They said yes. I show up for my appointment this and they are closed. Thanks for wasting my time.

Happy with purchase. Parking is good. They always have a huge selection of whatever you need. Some smaller stores don't carry everything but this location always seem to have plenty of inventory. I will shop there again. Staff seem knowledgeable and happy.
