East Side Mario's

We went for supper tonight.
The food we ordered was very good.
The service was 1-2 stars at best.
The restaurant was not overly busy.
We ordered drinks (3 LG beers)that took over 15 minutes to get.
The server was not professional and would say "it's not my fault" for the long delivery time and would blame it on the bartender and the cook.

Wonderful service. The wait was a bit long, but expected for a holiday. Food was amazing and was hot when it arrived. We ordered a drink for my son who didn't like it, and they took it off the bill. They were able to accommodate a meal for my 1 year old as well. Friendly staff, clean environment, will definitely be returning

Was here tonight for my birthday party with my family. My birthday was on Wednesday. I ordered the large chicken parmigiana- It was huge. I ordered it knowing that. I always take the leftovers home. My family enjoyed there’s as well. I enjoyed the birthday dessert as well.

Best East Side Mario's in London! I've been to all of them within the city and the staff here is by far the best. They employees care about your experience while you're dining at the restaurant and are always professional. Highly recommend going to this located even if it's a little longer of a drive.
