This industrial park is huge, and the Jamatkhana has almost always been very difficult to find for first-time visitors. It is actually in the same building as Heritage Renovations. You can see one of the two entrances from Wonderland Road.
I've attached the correct picture (taken from Wonderland Road). The first picture given by Google Maps doesn't help.
