Wonderful service! I needed a new desk chair for school and the curb side pick up was fast and easy. I ordered online and the next day, the chair was ready for me to pick up. I’m sitting in my new chair as I write this review and it is the most comfortable desk chair I have owned!

Madison, who happened to work at this location is an outstanding girl! She is very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient ?. She is indeed the right person for the job. He boss those I believe his name was Andrew, cheese he lack of any customer service skills. When he talks to you he never look at you or give you the attention as a customer, its like your a homeless who cane inside the store to bage for something lol..

Places like this needs people like Madison who knows exactly how to take care of a customer. I ended up buying stuff that I love all with help of that girl.

Hit and miss at this store. I had a terrible experience with an employee in the past but store some what redeemed itself with a recent purchase I made. I might be changing to 5 star if the good service continues
