Professional, caring and extremely responsive!

My family and I moved into our Trident Property August, 2019. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and the management. Devon has always been super helpful and always responds quickly and in a positive manner. I once had a bit of a car accident on the property after hours and I wanted Devon to know. She returned my call within minutes and left her family at dinner to come and help me. I was so grateful and won’t forget her kindness. The properties themselves are great. We live in a four bedroom unit and there is so much room. I love the layout. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and the appliances have always worked well. I really love how bright the units are. We have had no issues whatsoever and don’t intend on leaving here anytime soon. I would recommend these properties without hesitation.

My townhouse is more than a place where we keep our stuff. It is our home. We live, work, learn, and play within these walls. That makes me a stickler for the details about things like upkeep, security and safety, amenities, quality of life, even parking (of course), both inside my unit and across the property. On all these items, the Trident Property team continues to impress me. Professional and personable, responsive and responsible, they balance the needs of the property, the owners, and the residents perfectly – plus they are really nice people. Trident’s team is a major reason why I continue to call this spot home.

There is nothing to complain about the service. Devon is extremely careful, professional, organized, and on top of that a positive person to deal with. Everything went smoothly, as agreed. I recommend 100%.
