(July 23, 2019, 1:28 am)It was like going home. We went to see our grandson play baseball today. We lived in Byron for 26 years and went to more baseball and football (soccer) games than we could count. There are several fields and pitches. The place is huge. They have washrooms. They serve food and it is serviced by the people of Byron. They are fabulous, friendly people. They are one of the main things that I miss about Byron. It is such a clean, friendly safe place. The kids get an amazing sports complex where they can grow into wonderfull people. Take a trip there even if you do not know any of the players.
